Description

In this course, you will work with a team to identify root causes of problems and develop an organizing plan to address them.  Your team will work with key decision-makers to kick-start change.

This course is a part of the C.A.R.E. Series. The C.A.R.E. themes (Culture, Ability, Resilience, Effort) are instrumental in helping to close the Achievement Gaps and are supported in part by decisions made at the school and district level. These decisions are essential to sustaining the changes and improvements that the C.A.R.E. themes foster.
