Description
Growth occurs when you know who you are and you are able to assess and improve your practices. In this course, you will explore your attitudes, actions and behaviors and reflect on how they impact your coaching. As you unpacking your identity, you will learn about coaching and discover ways to improve coaching so that you are better able to meet the needs of the people you coach.
Although many of the skills covered in this course can be used in other contexts (teaching, being an administrator, managing behavior, parenting etc.) you will learn how to specifically apply coaching knowledge with self understanding for more dynamic coaching. The skills taught in this course will give you the confidence to work with anyone and “show up” ready to support and promote growth.
