Over 20% of the United States teaching population resigns or retires from the teaching field each year. One in three teachers between their first and fifth year leave the field of education. Some others quit because of stress and burnout. Teachers do a lot to protect the social and emotional well-being in children, but what about the educators that interact with the children on a daily basis?
